She served as an operator across various C-suite offices at fast-scaling companies, led compliance operations across multiple states, and resolved compliance issues in high-volume federal roles. Her career spans respected organizations including Bain & Company, Johns Hopkins University, and the United States federal government.

She is also a founder. She built several businesses, a renewable energy startup, a senior concierge company, a fashion consultancy, and knows the zero-to-one problems of licensing, systems, and first hires firsthand.
